“The directions given in the confirmation booking email were spot-on as sat nav would not have found Maple. Easy & quick check-in, bus waiting and speedy transfer to the T5. On return the walk to Bus Stop 30 is quite far, however a bus was already waiting so no delay. Quick transfer back to Maple and car keys collection went smoothly.

“The car park was very easy to find and the exchange of car keys was fast and easy. All aspects were great, transfer bus was ready soon after arrival at car park and was very tidy and dropped us at Terminal 5. Pick up was only a short wait - 10mins or so and then car exchange again was very quick. Overall a highly positive experience which helped our break away go smoothly. Will be using this facility any time we travel from Heathrow.”
