“Very good parking option close to Heathrow. The whole process was straightforward. Handing over the keys was quick, and we were on the minibus within minutes. It’s about a five-minute ride to the terminal, and we were dropped right outside the departures level. Pick-up is from the same spot. We had a minibus on the way out and a larger coach was also running, so there seemed to be plenty of capacity.
On our return, the driver was already waiting, whether by coincidence or because they tracked the flight number. Either way, we appreciated getting straight from the terminal onto the minibus. Back at the compound, collecting the key was simple and the car was exactly as we left it.
Security seemed good. There’s a tunnel of bright lights and cameras on arrival, which looks as though it records the condition of the vehicle. The exit gate is monitored by video; it didn’t open automatically for us, but the operator responded quickly once we pressed the buzzer.
Prices were fair for the days we needed. One tip: if you’re coming via the M25, avoid heading east towards Heathrow if your car isn’t ULEZ compliant. Instead, exit at Junction 14, go west, then right and right again onto the Bath Road, and under the M25. The car park will be on your left, outside the ULEZ zone. Their instructions mention this, and following them saved us the charge in both directions.
