“The instructions about how to get to the drop off point are terrible. None of their reference points existed. They are not near Avis, don’t go towards the short stay parking and be careful not to drive into the lower level parking as they charge £20 to get out! It made turning up to the airport a lot more stressful than it needed to be. There were no helpful instructions when we rang them up either.”
“Great service, however, directions are poor. You need to follow T5 LHR Meet and Greet signage within short stay car park, then head to far end of car park to find Maple in the lift lobby.”
