Slow answer to phone on return when luggage arrived (thus 4*) but car was there when we came out of the lift. Noted that drivers had switched off everything that might have caused a power drain when parked up.....Good move!

“Really dissapointed. I use Maple a lot during the month and normally no problem. However this business parking gives you no advantage on having your vehicle ready and waiting as advertised. I waited nearly 45mins for my vehicle to arrive, causing me to be late for work. There was no apology simply a ‘your car is on its way’. Really disappointed”
“it was good value for what you get. The upsides are that it all works as advertised and a couple of the staff were nice and helpful. the downsides were that my car came back unbeleivably covered in grit, even inside, who ever had driven it had completely reset the seats and variouse other automatic controls, which you really, reallly don't need late at night, tired just off a flight, and also some of the staff were unbeleivably surly and rude. but, as I say, about right for the price I paid.”
“The service was absolutely dreadful, arrived to collect my car for meet and greet and had to wait 45 minutes. The person serving us was rude and unapologetic. There were others also waiting for the same length of time. On arrival they were also unhelpful when I called to say I was struggling to find the entrance and they just kept saying to go to the short stay car park despite me saying I was struggling to find it. Awful service, if you want meet and greet don’t use. I read Google reviews yesterday and they are dreadful I wish I’d read those rather than looking at ratings on this web page.”
“It was very easy. Dropped car off right by T5 terminal and car was waiting for me once I got back upstairs even though I had 5h delay on my arrival nothing extra was charged. Was travelling with my Infant and had lots os bags so it was very easy.”
