“The service received was excellent and would highly recommend. We telephoned once got luggage and our car was ready immediately with no waiting around and our exit ticket was all paid so no extra fee to find. The condition of the car was exactly the same as when we left it. It maybe a little more expensive than some other companies but you drive in and out of Heathrow T5 so no extra taxi fare to pay and no need for shuttle buses. Only a few minutes walk. Highly recommend.”

“I filled up my X3 with Diesel the day before drop off at a cost £90. A full tank is 640 miles. Cambridge to Terminal 5 is 56 Miles one way. Upon collectig my car, I noticed the tank was just above halfway line. That equates to over 200 miles of usage from when i dropped it off. I cannot believe the location of the car park is that distance from Terminal 5. To pay for the Meet and Greet service to then being out of pocket for Diesel is very dissappointing. I will not be using this Company again nor recommending it to friends and family”
“I made the great mistake of having to amend my return date after placing the original booking, and although I had emails accepting that fact, I was asked to pay an extra £20 on arrival. This is the second time this has happened to me; it seems that the system to amend a booking doesn't get updated everywhere, which causes the attendants to demand money. I had to provide copies of emails to prove my point. Come on APH I've used you for years, please sort this out!!”
