“My first issue was on arrival with pretty poor instructions. Instructions tell you where to go at Heathrow T5, but clearly says to stay left but not go through the "Meet & Greet". At the top of the ramp M&G is on the left - after some back and forth I didn't go through M&G instead ended up in the main car park and had to pay £6 to exit after about 30 seconds of being in it! I went back and tried the M&G lane and low and behold was in the right place - so I was not impressed with the instructions.
On return, I called as soon as we landed and was told to call again once we had our luggage, which I did. I was told the car would be there in 15-20 mins after the 2nd call. After 25 mins I called again, and was told it would be another 10 mins. I called again after 40 mins and was told it was on the way but there was a major hold up at the roundabout getting in to the car park. After about 45-50mins the car finally showed up. The battery was at 90% - although the day before it was at 100% so clearly it had been driven for several miles between the last charge.
The whole point of this was that I wouldn't have to charge up on my way home, however, I wish I had parked the car myself and stopped off on the way home as it would have been much quicker.
I wouldn't recommend, and won't use again.”
“Highly recommend. The car was fully charged on return, the driver arrived within 10 minutes and the company were very flexible as our terminal changed and they adapted with no issue. Will definitely use them again!”
“Everything worked out ok, but I didn’t want my car charged to 100%. The guy who took the car said they charge the day before, so I asked for it to be charged to 80%. I checked the app a few days into my holiday and the car was at 100%. Not good for the battery to sit at 100%.
Otherwise the drop off and pick up were fine.”
