“The drop off was as expected but the collection after calling twice when told to the car was still not ready and ticket not paid ended up waiting approximately 20 mins for ticket to be paid so we could leave”
“Individual that answered the number you had to call on arrival was incredibly rude and unhelpful and caused us a delay and therefore some unecessary stress. Was marginally better on the return. Waiting 20 minutes for return of car, despite following procedures to the letter. Had better experiences with other comparible vendors. Unlikely to use again.”
