“Will NOT recommend. Had to text and email a number of times to let them know my flight was cancelled and ask what the process would be - eventually I got a response to say ring them on arrival and additional payment required on collection. Had to pay the additional fee in CASH, no receipt given and I’m still chasing an invoice so I can claim my expenses - unbelievable!!! Others travelling with me used another provider and they received communication as soon as flight was cancelled with instructions and paid additional fee on line and received a receipt immediately - I am still chasing and waiting 3 days now !!!!’”
