“Our flight was cancelled by British Airways. We were put on a different flight. One of our new flights was to a different terminal to the booking so we called ahead of time to check that this would be okay. We were told over the phone it would be fine and not notified of any charges. We were advised to call in the morning just as a reminder. When we called they demanded £10 cash for the terminal change fee we didn’t have cash on us so we asked for this be charged to us electronically or providing an invoice which they would not accept, so we had to go and get cash out in the airport.
On arrival, Home we called as soon as we landed to let them know we were here. Then we were asked to call once we got our bag which we did. We then ended up waiting in the cold for about half an hour for them to drop the car off, it would’ve been quicker to stay in the long stay, defeats the point of meet and greet.”
“Getting to the car park was quite difficult, it was very confusing and we ended up in the wrong car park to start with, luckily we were not charged and the attendent let us out without having to pay. Eventually after being on the phone to APH they talked us into the right car park and we made our way up to level 4. Attendents were there to meet us and the handover went smoothly.
Coming back, we phoned twice and each time got an answer machine so left a message. When we got out to the car park I phoned again and this time did get through to someone and he said he would be 30 minutes so we had to wait in a cold, draughty level 4. Eventually our car arrived, we got in, attendent went to pay car parking charge and we left.”
