“Whilst I would recommend using park giant as they are reliable and efficient it frustrates me that their drivers seem to feel the need to adjust everything from heater settings and radio stations for the short drive between the area they park the car to the airport.
Electric cars have almost instant heating if the settings are left alone, yet every time the temperature settings are set to maximum when it arrives.
I am happy that they need to adjust seats and mirrors etc, but please leave everything else alone, there is no need for you to personalise my car to you.”
“Communication was good but when arriving pon Day 1, it was unclear who to make contact with at the airport parking area. No prominent signs...just people running around a bit chaotic.
When returning, Ravi was very good and helpful.”
