“Really simple process despite starting our journey from T5 and coming back to T3 - was expecting this to be a challenge as collecting a car from a different terminal wasn’t offered by other providers, but it turned out to be really simple. Just what you need after a red-eye flight.”
“Not that impressed with them on this occasion. Very rude and abrupt when you call the number.also I made a mistake on the return date, but the guy almost had me miss my flight as he was demanding I give him £20 in cash only for me to leave the car with them, then the number they leave you to call wasn’t answering. When it was finally picked up he confirmed I didn’t have to pay right then I could do it on my return. Doubt I will be using them again especially at Heathrow terminal 5”
“I can't recommend this service enough. They were waiting for us at drop off even though we were late thanks to the traffic and were prompt and efficient at returning our car when we arrived back.
