“Individual that answered the number you had to call on arrival was incredibly rude and unhelpful and caused us a delay and therefore some unecessary stress. Was marginally better on the return. Waiting 20 minutes for return of car, despite following procedures to the letter. Had better experiences with other comparible vendors. Unlikely to use again.”

“Just one small feedback - the person taking calls on the phone can certainly be more polite when talking to customers. Otherwise, all good and very comfortable to leave the car and pick up! It definitely helps to save time and reduce the travel tension whilst getting to airport and it is quick and easy driving back home after a long journey.”
