“First time parking at Heathrow and was a bit nervous due to size of airport and where to go. Park giant sent very clear directions and it was a very prompt and smooth drop off. Returning was extremely easy as you call when you get your luggage and we waited about 10 minutes before our car arrived. Just what you need after a long flight. Highly recommend”
“This service was very easy to book and use. Close to the airport, quick handovers.
Even though there was an error that showed us coming back at 6pm not 6am (easy mistake, can't be sure whose), they managed to get out car back to us in under 15 minutes with 60 people planned in ahead of us.

“BUT: My car was clearly parkd in an open and very dusty environment. There had obviously been an attempt to brush the worst off the car before delivering back. Being in a covered and poorly lit area, Terminal 2, it was not obvious to me how dusty it still was till I got home - when I had to wash it!
The personnel and instructions were fine.”
