“When we got the car back it was covered in mud, and the front driver footwell/mat and surrounding areas was also covered in mud, I tried to find the agent who gave us the keys but he had disappeared from site, so we had no one to complain to. Disappointed after being assured on drop off the car would be not be parked in field/mud area”
“very happy with our meet and greet process at T3 LHR, saved us a lot of time as only had a short walk to the check-in desks at T3. On our return we only waited 15 mins for our car to turn up, everyone we met through this process was nice and helpful. Only one thing was all the mud left in my drivers side of the car and on the door card. Once dry should not take long to clean up but they could impove on this mabe get some paper matts. I will use them again as the service was really good.”
“Always cautious about leaving the car with someone else. But had great service from them. Dropping off was easy, as was picking up. Only 10 miles were added to my car. Would definitely recommend them.”
