Had to wait 20 minutes at collection point at level floor for car to be returned. WLL NOT be using this company in future.”
“Very happy with the service from Terminals Parking. We were diverted to Manchester after the Heathrow fire. We eventually arrived back 9 hours late. British Airways actually drove us to a nearby hotel instead of the terminal. Cue a quick phone call and our lovely delivery driver Gomas quickly re-routed to drop our car off to us there with no fuss at all. Absolutely 5 star service. I'll be booking again for our autumn trip later this year.”
“Easy instructions to T4 car park but when got to the final level the bays are not all marked so a bit confusing where to park. Eventually we spotted an employee and he checked us in and we were on our way. Return was simple, we followed instructions and at car park we waited about ten minutes for car but in fairness airport was quiet and we had fast tracked through security quickly. Definitely use Park Giant again.”
