“Very easy to drop off and collect and I didn't notice any problems with the car upon return. Extremely convenient as it is right next to departures so stress free experience. The only confusing thing was in instructions it said to call at least 30 minutes before the drop off, so I rang an hour before (when I left house) to give my ETA and I was told it needs to be exactly 30 minutes, meaning I had to pull over halfway through the journey. Overall very happy though and would use again.”
