“Dropped car off…complete chaos at the drop off point, no spaces to park.
Once we found a space, everything was sorted quickly and they had our paperwork ready.
Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short and come back early due to my family member being critically ill in hospital, which I know isn’t there problem, however, we were time pressured as we had to get to the hospital ASAP, this was explained to parkgiant, we called as soon as we landed and then again once we had our bags, and it still took them 25 mins to come. When I called once we got the bags, they said it would be a £20 early drop off fee and we needed to pay cash- which we didn’t have at the time due to the rush(and wasn’t mentioned previously) - we asked them if they could send a link so we could pay electronically, however, they proceeded to scream down to the phone to my husband that we couldn’t leave the car park until we paid, we again explained the situation and we needed to leave ASAP- but they continued to shout down the phone, absolutely horrific experience, and made an already very traumatic time even worse.
Horrible customer service - will never use again.
They did send us a link in the end and we did pay the £20 fee but it could have been handled so much better!”
