“I took my car to Heathrow - after arriving back on the 16th my car in the boot there was 2 pairs of trainers and 2 pairs of heels and these were nowhere to be found. I have not heard from the team since my arrival . I’m very disappointed with all this as I really thought going with this parking option will be easier for me on arrival and departure but now I have lost my belongings .Very disappointed.”

“The system of telephoning twice seems to work but if, for some reason , your mobile is unable to work, texts are not picked up so you have a minor problem. Usually a wait of 20 minutes which is not untoward.”
