“Just a thought, you know my flight, could the car be delivered to the short stay upon flight arrival instead of waiting for call from the baggage area which may or may not get through.
Other than the 20 minute delay on arrival the service is really good. Thank you.”
“Our experience got off to a bad start with difficult traffic conditions making initial contact before arrival at the airport very difficult. The response from the staff member we eventually spoke to was very poor to the point of rudeness. Apart from that other staff members we met or spoke to were very good and the process worked very well.”
“The gentleman that I called was very abrupt and rude. The other gentleman that met me at the airport was very pleasant though. They had the wrong details for my car after I’d amended the booking.”
“Do not use if you are on an early flight returning to Heathrow as they do not answer the phone. We had to wait for our car when we got to the car park as they had not answered our calls when we landed and again when we were waiting for our baggage as instructed. They tried to blame us by saying we hadn’t spoken to anyone but that is pretty hard when they won’t answer the telephone. Not recommended.”
“We were a bit confused by the directions to enter the car park and had to pay for the short stay car park as we ended up going through it by mistake. Once we got to the correct place all very smooth and easy. When we returned we ended up paying to leave the car park as the driver arrived before we had collected our luggage so went over the allowed time. Not a huge problem as we had used Tesco Clubcard vouchers to pay for the three weeks parking so the extra payments were minimal in the greater scheme of things. Will definitely use again.”
