“Would not recommend. The service is meant to be meet & greet, however, the driver turned up 30 minutes after we did to take our car, even though we called them twice as instructed on the confirmation email to let them know what time we would be arriving. When we called them the second time, 30 minutes after the 1st time, they were adamant they hadnt had a previous call from us so they would be late, despite the fact it was the same person taking the call both times. They didnt even ask for details of the car to book in, and when we asked if they would like the reg number etc, they replied 'oh yeah' which was quite worrying.
On the way back, we also were instructed to call twice, once upon landing and once upon collection of bags. Following this to the letter (calling the first time when the seatbelt sign went off on the plane), we informed them of our arrival. We then called again once we had collected our bags. They then told us it would be 20 minutes until they arrived with the vehicle. 40 minutes later, they finally turned up with the car. Why call yourselves Meet & Greet when the car isn't there when you arrive? It would've been quicker for us to get the park and ride APH service. Very disappointed and after a 16 hour flight and arriving at midnight, it was the last thing needed.”
