“Whoever wrote the instructions for drop off at Heathrow T5 needs to go and look what signs actually say. Also needs to be made clear regarding calling before arrival so a representative is there to meet you.
Collection was also slow but driver did apologise”

We were met on time and the car was brought back on time by really professional, friendly drivers. The fee was not the cheapest but still very competitive.”
