Fortunately, I arrived within 10 minutes of reservation time to a polite and welcoming Customer Service Rep. He handled the departure process as described in their service offering. My arrival was the same, even when it was at 22.30 and a busy period. Thank you for your service and continued efforts to customer satisfaction.”
“Happy with the service overall however the car was returned covered in bird mess and with 100 miles on the clock. Not sure where the parking location is in relation to terminal 5 but almost as close as parking at home…”

“Convenient, quick and efficient way to get your car parked for holiday. It does say in the instructions to ring half an hour before you arrive so that someone is there to meet you. I forgot to do this, so when I arrived I had to wait about 20 minutes. On the return journey it advised to ring as soon as you land and once again when you collect your suitcases. On arriving at the drop off/pick up point my car was waiting. There are other car parking agents using the same area so it was a bit confusing at first who was who.”
