“Everything worked well with only about a 5 minute wait on both the outbound and return journeys. Bit of a complicated route inside the car park but fine if you follow the detailed directions. Good price compared to some other operators and would use again.”

“Our outbound flight was cancelled and Lufthansa rescheduled us - one call to Park Giant changed the dropoff time without hassle. Lufthansa then rescheduled us again (so we were back to the original dropoff time) and again this was easy to do. Park Giant (like most others) do not have a permanently manned booth at the dropoff, so we did have to wait 5 minutes for the driver to arrive, which may cause some 'angst' but the process was efficient.
On the return, we followed the instructions to call twice (on debarkation and after luggage), but LHR T2 baggage arrival was so quick ( within 15 minutes of landing!!) that we were actually at the pickup 15mins before the car arrived, but again a simple handover. The short stay exit barrier opened automatically.”
