“Superb service. Very simple and very well-organised. Drop off and pick up were well managed with friendly staff. Easy to work with phone/admin staff too.”
“Having to call on arrival at the car park and then twice upon return is a bit of a negative. I also had to wait for the car to be collected and was told the car would take 20 minutes to be returned from after collecting my luggage. So, in conclusion, it was only marginally better than normal car parking without meet and greet. Also, their attitude on the phone was not helpful.”
