“A slick and easy check in and return service with no issues at all. We flew in/out of Heathrow T3. My only comment is that your instructions say to head for Short Stay Car Park 4 (when returning) whereas the lifts say Short Stay Cat Park 3. We realised after not being able to find the lift for 4 that we had to use the lift for 3 and then go up another level. Maybe your instructions could reflect this? Other than that a very good experience.”
“I was very unsure about using a meet and greet service , previously I have always used an off airport parking service where you take the car to a secure compound and take a shuttle bus to the airport. But every thing worked well and the car was there waiting for us when we exited the airport. Excellent service”
