“Contrary to previous' reviews, we didn't have a problem finding the car park but did have a problem finding the 4th floor. This didn't prove a problem as we were met on the 3rd after a quick phone call. There was a small delay for the car to be brought back to us on return but it did come eventually.”
“Great service, very easy. call them in your way to the airport and they’ll meet you there then call when you land and they bring the car back! Simple and very competitively priced.”
“The member of staff sent to deliver my car seemed to have no idea of what he was supposed to do. He went on about a ticket and disappeared saying why hadn't I followed him when he reappeared. Difficult as he had the keys .He then gave me the keys and asked me to follow him again . Instead of getting in the car he ran off again and disappeared. I followed looking for him but no sign. I tried to get back to the meeting point but couldn't because of the one way system and found my self at the exit gate. I couldn't see any one to ask when suddenly the gate opened and I drove on and away.
The whole process had taken over 40 minutes . Next morning I found in the well of the car along plastic strip with the info tha t he kept asking me and a ticket with a time on it. I presume he dropped it thus creating a problem for him which seemed impossible for him to explain coherently to me. At least he was friendly unlike the dispatcher who was brusque and unhelpful. Meet and greet seems a misnomer!”
“Departure - We followed our instructions to the letter but then had to wait 20 mins + in the car park as no one turned up & it took nearly 15mins to get an answer on the phone. When the 'chauffeur' turned up he was disinterested & short.
Arrival - again we followed instructions (directions back to car park not very clear) & again it took over 15 mins to get an answer on the mobile numbers given. The guy answering was sassy when I complained. Car was very dirty on return. 'Chauffeur' just gave us the keys & didn't check paperwork.
Not impressed at all. Will never use again.”
