5th call to APH and were told someone is waiting
On actual arrival at T3 short term car park, no one was there 4.18
Called PK at 4.18 to be told I HAD to pay the ticket. Guy insisted I had to pay, and clearly did not want to miss our flight, so paid £7.50.
On return had to wait 25/30 minutes for car to arrive, not from the baggage hall, from the actual collection point in T3 short term car park.
Not a happy customer. Will use APH again, but not where you use a 3rd party for pick up or delivery of vehicle.”
“The directions and drop off and pick up were excellent.
My only criticism is the car was very dirty when we collected it with bird droppings.
Since washing the car when we arrived home you can see where the bird stains have been.
I didn’t expect the car to be valeted but knowing bird droppings stain and damage paint work either keep the car’s undercover or wash off the bird droppings when they occur.”
