“Overall an okay service but I won't use them again. This is because the arrival procedure was not a smooth process. For example, on the second (as requested) phone call the call was answered and all I could hear was someone shouting and they ignored my multiple "hello's". They then hung up. Called again and told car ready for collection. Went to car only to find nobody there - a car but nobody to give me my keys. I asked around, I asked everyone I could see. Had to call again only to be told that they were probably getting my exit ticket but they weren't because no one was at any of the machines. Eventually shouty man appeared but started "dealing with" two others before going to get my ticket and hand me my keys.”
