“Car was ok, man was waiting having called en route to Heathrow. Coming back I called all the numbers numerous times no answer. It states call twice once when landed and again when collected luggage. Because of no answer, I called numerous times, finally answered and said to call again when got luggage. We couldn’t get through again and ended up speaking to someone when we were stood at the exit. We then had another 25 min wait for the car once they answered, which when travelled for nearly 22 hours at this point and had a further 3 hours drive home didn’t particularly want.
However car was delivered fine, no issues. Would use again.”

“Unsure why Park Giant felt it necessary to leave mty car engine running for over an hour, for a journey to the car park of less than 5 miles? Appreciate the weather was cold and the car would have needed de-misting, but that would take a maximum of 5 minutes.
If Park Giant are doing the same thing with all customer vehicles, there are potentially larger issues; wear & tear, waste of fuel, environmental impact etc.”
“Directions to spot in car park for drop off were confusing. As we were told not to head towards meet and greet. It was actually meet and greet offf airport parking. Which made it very confusing. As I left the car park thinking I had the wrong place and got charged £7,50 I was in there about 90 secs.”
