“Arrived early hours and instructions told us to just pull up to the barrier. So we sat there waiting for it to open.. nothing.
There was a button next to the car but it said 'No touch' so I didn't.
Then as a bus was driving past, he signalled to touch it.
I touched the button, it opened.. we saw several people have this problem.
Giving the keys over was quick and easy and there were 2 buses and we were told which one to get on. Transfer is about 10 minutes.
Coming back, we waiting for about 10 15 minutes for a small minibus to arrive.. there were more than 15 people waiting and this minibus could only take maybe 10 people sitting.
The man said he couldn't fit anymore and we'd have to wait another 10 15 minutes for the next one. I'm not sure why they didn't have the big buses from when we arrived.
He said we could stand inside.
I did not want to wait in the cold for the other bus so me and my partner plus 3 other people stood shoved up against each other on this minibus which was so unsafe.”
“Late review, used them Nov 24, Little annoying to find but once found, staff were friendly and handed keys over quickly, bus ran within 15 mins and when I returned I got my keys back quickly. Couldn’t fault them. Have booked them again for this years holiday”
“Was a bit nervous about booking parking where you get a bus as we’ve always done meet and greet before but Maple were fantastic.
Easy to follow directions and the bus was waiting for us to check in when we got there. Journey was 5 minutes at most.
On arrival back, we had to wait less than 5 minutes to get the bus, check out was immediate and we were on our way home.
