Instructions for arrival and return were clear, the wait for the bus at both ends of the journey was great and the staff at the car park and the drivers were friend helpful. I would definitely use this park and ride service again if travelling from Heathrow and would recommend.”
“Buses aren't every 15 minutes as stated, I waited 40 to be collected from the airport, when arriving back to my vehicle it was parked in the middle of a puddle that deep my entire foot was submerged entering the vehicle, handbrake left off when parked, every adjustment on the seat changed so couldn't get in, staff rude arrogant and disinterested, then when pulling our with soaking wet feet the next bus nearly took the front end off my car because he cut the corner so much pulling in, have used before, won't be using again given the small difference in cost to park on site - I would personally avoid”
