“Arrived at the location at 5am and was not met by anyone. I called the company and they explained our booking wasn't on the system and I had to find the booking reference. Apparently they were supposed to contact me with instructions before my arrival but this hadn't happened either.
After speaking to someone on the phone they sent a driver to meet us asap, and he arrived in 25 minutes. After this everything was OK. Collecting the car was incident free. I wouldn't use this company again.”

Someone was waiting for our car at the airport and the wait on our return was about 10 minutes….which is better than most other operators.
Our return flight home was cancelled and booking an extra day with them was simple and was a reasonable price.
