“They keep in touch by whatsapp which is ok, and send details of where to drop and collect.
Hopefully the guys on duty are not too busy as they go terminal to terminal , we had to wait 10 to 15 mins to drop off and also to collect. Not a big problem so am pleased with service.”

“20mins late meeting at airport, fortunately we gave ourselves sufficient travel time. On return vehicle had numerous scratches, some quite sizeable and not informed of this by company. Still waiting for them to reply, as to what they will doing about it.
Claimed to have given the car a quick wash, but basically still very dirty, so probably just washed of any bird mess etc. Car had been driven 20 miles from drop off so god only knows where it was parked.”
“ParkAir 247 delivered exactly as planned and swiftly. My only comment is that I had made an error in return by 24 hours and this additiaonal day cost £25 which I do consider expensive when average daily cost is c.£10”
