“Great service at both drop off and collection and the agent was waiting for me on both occasions. I particularly liked the video that was provided which showed the exact journey to the drop off point in the short stay car park.
Pick up was a little confusing in that I was originally told to call when I had collected my baggage, but when I dropped the car off I was told to call twice - firstly when I had just disembarked then again when I had collected my baggage. In the event I got a WhatsApp message when I landed and I didn't have to call at all - I just confirmed on WhatsApp that I'd received the message and was on my way to the car park. Not an issue just a little muddled.”

On the day of my return I received a courtesy call to check we were on schedule for pick up and to remind me to call after passport control . Same lovely guy was pulling up as we entered the car park so no waiting.
First time I’ve used a meet and greet but will definitely use Parkair 24/7 again as great service and really reasonably rates.”

Hopefully the guys on duty are not too busy as they go terminal to terminal , we had to wait 10 to 15 mins to drop off and also to collect. Not a big problem so am pleased with service.”
