The drop off in terminal 4 Heathrow was trouble free, the driver was there waiting when we arrived he took multiple photos of the car before we handed over the keys. On arrival back in terminal 5 we contacted them after collecting our luggage and the car was there waiting for us when we got to the car park, after a check over the car park ticket was validated and we were on our way. We cannot fault the service we had text messages the day we dropped off the car and on arrival back with confirmation of where to call, we will definately be using this company again we could not fault them

This was a great service. They called me to confirm arrival/landing times, were waiting to accept our car & prompt in returning it on our arrival back. No issues with how the car was on return. Staff were all polite and helpful. Would use again. Only minor issue was we didn't realise to go to Heathrow T5 "Official" Meet & Greet and instead drove into the wrong carpark level but Parkair staff were able to advise what to do & we had no extra charges.

Very efficient, thorough and speedy service. I was even sent a message after the car was picked up, with photos of the car's condition at pick up. Highly recommended.

We are in India and had 2 flights home cancelled due to the war in the Middle East. Parkair want £25 per day extra for the delay. The extra 8 days has cost more than the original 15 days.

Unfortunately, once a vehicle has been checked in, we are unable to amend or extend the booking, so any extra days are treated as overstay charges by the car park. We recommend keeping your receipts and contacting your airline, as they may be able to assist with reclaiming the additional costs incurred due to the delay.
