We’re very sorry to hear about the additional charges you’ve incurred due to the unexpected flight cancellations. Unfortunately, once a vehicle has been checked in, we are unable to amend or extend the booking, so any extra days are treated as overstay charges by the car park.
We recommend keeping your receipts and contacting your airline, as they may be able to assist with reclaiming the additional costs incurred due to the delay.
