“My family and I arrived at the short stay car park @ Heathrow to find that my driver's window wouldn't close! The mechanism had failed as I tried to close it. The Parkair rep couldn't have been more helpful and reassured me that the car would be kept under cover during our week's holiday. On arrival back at the airport a week later the car was waiting for us and had been brought to the car park early to avoid forecast rain! At no extra cost to me. Exceptionally good and thoughtful customer service....would use again without hesitation.”

“Good communication (via WhatsApp) the day before travelling, & we also had a call from the pick up driver as we approached LHR having called in advance as requested. Easy drop off in T5 short stay car park.
On our return (landing at 22:40) , we followed the instructions & called after having collected our luggage, only to be told that the car would be brought round in about 25 minutes- This was not ideal as we were out of the airport in less than 5 mins so had to wait for the best part of half hour for our car. I would have thought that the company would track our flight arrival & make arrangements for the car to be ready earlier.
I would suggest that a call is made as soon as possible after landing to give as much notice as possible to reduce any wait time for the car to be brought to the terminal car park.”
