“This process ran smoothly, instructions were clear on how to get to the meet and greet area, the man who I gave my keys to was very nice as well. When we got into the airport we noticed that my mum had forgotten her phone and had left it in the car, we had to call to get my car back, which was easy to do. When my car turned back up, I was told I would need to pay for the extra ticket as they had to come back, which I understood, I was happy to pay for it. The only thing that I wasn't happy with, was when I went to use the pay machine it wasn't working, when I asked the men behind the desk for some help, they got a bit snappy with me, so I didn't appreciate that, but the man who was looking after my car came through and helped me out, so as I said he was lovely but the other staff need to be a bit friendlier.”
“Great service. We dropped our car right next to the terminal building and on landing on our return we received a call from one the drivers reminding us to call them once we had cleared immigration. This we did and the driver bought our car to us within 10 minutes. Perfectly timed.”
