“I can honestly say that the MBW team at Heathrow from drop off to pick up made our trip.
It’s the first time I have both used Heathrow or MBW. Because of the MBW team it will not be the last.
I emailed MBW while I was away to confirm my terminal (I dropped off at T3 but had to come back to T5).
Within minutes Sam came back to me to confirm they will meet at T5.
On arrival my car was ready and again meet with friendly staff.

“Very efficient drop off and collection. Good instructions and quick response when ringing in to report arrival. Car returned deiced and demisted. Only reason for 4 stars is the difficulty to access the returned car with baggage as the lift service in Short Stay Car Park 3 has a shambolic at busy times. Would be much better to be able to pick up vehicles from the ground floor if you have lots of baggage rather than brave the TWO lifts ride you need to get back to level 4 from Terminal 3”
“When I got my car back my dashcam had been taken off the screen and un plugged. When I asked why I was told they fall off. This was a lie. Luckily my car was not damaged and I have a tracker and saw where it was parked. Why do this”
