“6 times I have used this service from T2 or T4 and 5 times without issues.
This last trip I waited over 30 minutes for drop off for someone to arrive at T4 station.
On return trip, it was alomost 30 minutes to get my car back from your location parking. called at 10.21am and arrival of car 10.48am.
I use this service expecting MAX 15-20 minutes from calling at exit to arrivals to pick up. This has not been my experience in the last visit.”
