“This proved to be quite difficult for us as having a 45 minute window to arrive and having to compete with the M25 during rush hour traffic was stressful. Upon arrival at Short Stay carpark the signage of the floor levels wasn't clear to us. This resulted in us having to drive out of the car park and having to pay £7.50 parking charge. We then re entered the car park and having found the correct floor level we almost missed the parking slot due to signage being poor.”
“Drop-off to the Meet & Greet T4 was quite easy once you input the correct postcode in your cars sat nav! The email I received gives the car park address and the postcode TW 1EW - but this is for T2 & T3. Under 'Arrival Procedure' lower down the page, the correct postcode of TW6 3XA is given.
