“I arrived at Heathrow T3 short stay car park at 04.40 (estimated arrival time on booking was 05.00), to be told that I would have to pay a £7.50 charge for arriving early.
Pick up was ok on my return.”
“A good service, the only problem we had was finding how to get up to the level they were on, maybe we misread the instructions, once we found how to get to the right level it was a smooth process on arrival and return.”
“By now I think I have used them all in Heathrow and Gatwick. This is is by a country mile the best. When there are multiple stories of abuse and a lack of security I feel re-assured with APH. So easy to drop off, no hassle in paying for the parking as they take care of it. Car always prompt on return as someone acually monitorss the incoming flights and anticipates my needing my car. I won't go anmywhere else now.”
“The directions back to my car were not as clear as they could have been. I was instructed to exit arrivals and the cafe nero exit, go to level 4, and speak to the person at the desk. I believe it should say when you get to level 4, turn left and walk to the other end of the car park, where someone will be waiting at the desk. However, aside from that, it was a minor issue; the service was perfect.”
