overall service good but more staff are needed at the customer desk to deal with cusotmers when it is busy.

We've always used APH Gatwick due to their efficiency, professionalism and good customer care, but this time round we flew from Heathrow. I had trouble finding APH but when I called them they named a few companies that were affiliated with Aph. This reassured me that as long as Aph was affiliated I'd be in good hands. Everything went smoothly and I was extremely pleased with their service. Thank you so much Aph. Roll on next holiday

Worked well on departure leg: on time and efficient. Some delay on return when waiting for car at Heathrow. Overall, very good value and would recommend.

Very good service with no issues. They phoned me before and after to check we were on our way checking on times. I have used many different meet and greet over the years this was definitely the best.

I have such a bitter taste from the arrival experience. I was 5 mins early compared to my arrival time on the booking, but was told because I did not "ring ahead", that I must pay the initial short stay parking (£8). This is a very fine small print in the pages of information you get sent through from the company and really left a sour taste to the point where I will not use these guys again. Especially since I've followed the same protocol with their competitors at Heathrow with no issues like this. The return experience was pretty smooth and it was as cost effective as can be for Heathrow.

I have used APH on many occassions and always been very impressed by the ease of booking, the speed of drop off and collection and would recommend, unfortunatley there was a problem when we arrived back yesterday and the short stay car park was full with cars all over the place and meant that my car had difficulty being driven back to collection point this did not affect being able to exit the car park or cost more but just to be aware that at busy times you may need to wait a little longer
