“The drop off experience was easy and straight forward. Collecting the car however was far from acceptable. From phoning the office to say that I had collected my luggage to gettinging in my car, it took 50 minutes, although I was told the car would be ready in 15-20 mins. The man at the MBW/APH desk could barely spare 2 seconds to look up from his phone, which was playing reels/tiktoks loudly. after 30 mins, I asked him if he had an update on my car, to which he called someone, spoke in a foreign language, and told me "there's traffic, it'll be here soon". When a couple came to drop off their car, I asked them about the "bad traffic" to which they told me the roads where great and there was no traffic getting into Heathrow. Lieing is terrible customer service - I shan't use this service again.”
