“Excellent service. Phoned me on my way to the airport outbound. Then texted before I took off on the way home. Phoned again as I was walking to passport control. I waited about 2 mins before my car was delivered.”

“Although good value I had concerns while away that my car was not where it should have been. My tracker showed it parked on a main road, not a secure compound. When I asked APH about it I was told to contact MBW. Odd, since my contract was with APH, who seemed unconcerned with the fact that things appeared to be wrong. Eventually got an answer and they did send a photo to show the car was secure. However, when I collected it there was quite a wait for the guy to turn up and hand me my keys and, when he did, the inside drivers footwell was found to be filthy; muddy footprints all over the place. So at best a 3* review and certainly not the level of service expected”
