“The delivery of the car was ok, despite having to drive round for a while to find a space to park to hand the keys over. The collection was challenging, desk staff not friendly or approachable. Despite telling them that i’d spoken to someone on the phone about the car being returned they stated the car wasn’t with them leading to confusion. The car did arrive back as agreed with the person on the phone. Frustrating.”
“Dropping off at Heathrow, the desk is not marked as APH at all, we had to ask where we needed to go and where to leave keys.
Collecting on return, we called as required and were told the car would be available in 20 mins. In reality it was 45 mins and we had to keep asking where the car was and what the delay was caused by. In this time we could have used offsite and got a bus for half the price. The reason for using meet and greet was to avoid delays after a night flight and early arrival into Heathrow.”
“APH arranged the parking using MBW who I have always found to be top drawer. They have a Captain stationed at the car park so very easy to drop off with no waiting. Great stuff as always APH.”

“Poor signage and directions not very clear which resulted in us having to exit the carpark and re-enter at a cost of £7. Having gone to the wrong Meet and Greet desk initially we discovered our entry ticket was not returned, resulting in the purchase of yet another ticket at a cost of £11. So our parking cost us a further £18! Staff were not at all friendly or helpful bearing in mind we had to purchase the extra entry tickets.”
