Absolutely awful organisation. Upon arrival, there was no parking available where instructed, and I was then told to park on a different level. After dropping off the car, I was informed that I needed to pay for additional parking, an extra £15, even though the delay was due to their poor organisation. This was on top of an already extortionate fee. On our return, we called ahead as required, yet still waited a further 40 minutes. The only explanation given was that “they are busy.” It’s an airport, it is always busy, so this is hardly an acceptable excuse. I will not be using this meet and greet service again. It added unnecessary stress to our trip and was far from the convenient service advertised.

Hi Miss Marshall, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience with the Meet & Greet service operated by MBW. For Heathrow bookings, the confirmation email includes the following guidance: customers must call MBW Meet & Greet approximately 30 minutes before reaching Heathrow, and keep them informed of any delays or early arrival to help avoid additional car park charges. MBW covers 15 minutes of parking on both arrival and exit. There is also a 45 minute arrival window from your pre-booked arrival time, and the 30 minute call is required for this grace period to apply. Additional charges may apply if this timeframe is exceeded. However, if you followed these instructions and the charge occurred due to a last-minute change of drop-off location, we would be happy to look into this further for you. Please feel free to email reviews@aph.com with full details of your experience, along with any receipts for the additional charges. We can then raise this with MBW and request a refund if the charges were the result of an error on their part. APH Meet & Greet at Heathrow Terminal 3 use MBW as the delivering company. This was my first time using a meet and greet service and I had no issues with my booking and found extending my parking after a cancelled flight swiftly supported and easy to do. Note that parking to hand over you car is tight and there's high traffic from arriving and leaving vehicles. Collection, however, was a breeze. This being said, I probably will not use this type of service again. Overall, the time saved wasn't worth the extra money from the well supported park and ride companies, often a mere 15 minutes away on regular buses.

An efficient and fairly easy service, the only boggle with M&G at Heathrow was the car park is very busy and difficult to get parked to drop the car off.
