“Despite telling them my arrival time I had to wait over 30 kind for the to arrive and collect my car on arrival.
When I had my luggage I called the main number bug there was No Reply. I used another number and gave all my details to tge Edward Lloyd employee. They stated they'd be 10 -15 mins at the collection point. After another call from someone else I had to wait 45 mins for my car. Seemingly dreadful communications between staff and the 'office' even if it exists”
