“Cannot praise Edward Lloyd enough. All staff (on the telephone and at drop off and pick up) were helpful, friendly and efficient. We were staying overnight at an airport hotel the night before our flight and they picked the car up from us at the hotel which saved us having to get ourselves to our hotel from the airport drop off point. Will definitely use Edward Lloyd again.”

“Leaving car was great but returning was hell! Was told that car was not starting, was taken to car in another customer's car! On arrival had to call and wait for recovery to be told that battery was low and then realised that battery cover was missing but that no one knew anything about it. Would not be using again, going back to purple parking”
