“Edward Lloyds are bunch of unprofessional, Not to be used for any reason. On my out journey I called 30 mins to terminal I called and was informed to go to the drop off and not short stay as on the email. I watied 25 mininutes at the drop off before the driver arrived. On the return journey I was asked to meet the driver at the drop off and the driver arrived on time but he has been smoking/ vapping in my car Four days after the car still stink of smoke.”
“Not clear that you have to pay for the costs of driving into and out of the airport. After a long flight would have been great if the person checked advised reminded me to get a ticket. I would expect this cost to be part of the overall price.
