“Great communications, we got delayed on M25, but no problem. Beware you need to pay exit fee at the airport on top of your prepayment. This is in the small print, i just missed it. Car was fine. People lovely. Will use again and recommend.”

“From start to finish this company has been the most unprofessional. To the point where we had to have police to help us get our car back from the company.
We booked for 8 days stay. We were contacted the day before asking where we were when our booking clearly states it was the next day. Which was all sorted after they realised the mistake.
However the day before flying back we were contacted again asking where we were as our flight had landed. I did explain that on both occasions they have messed this up with the dates. They then told me I owed another £35 for late date arrival. I sent the paper work showing that they were incorrect. And said will speak about this on collection.
When we arrived back at Heathrow to collect the car the man refused to give me my car keys and persisted that we owed this money even hid my keys behind his back. This then turned into a heated argument then the guy assaulted me and put his fist into my throat and pushed me back. We phones the police who came and got our car keys back and looked through the paperwork and showed the man and explained we’ were correct. We were then told to take our car by the police and no further action was needed from us.
Unfortunately won’t be using this company again and would not recommend at all.”
“I think it’s very cheeky that you have to pay for airport parking, which is already pricey then have to pay an extra £7.50 when you arrive through the barriers and again on exit!! It wasn’t the smoothest to get hold of them to let them know our arrival times etc.. most other companies have a little table, but not these.”
