“Complete chaos from the beginning . We live 2.5 hours away from Heathrow, it’s impossible to get at the exact time slot! Your details don’t state this !! Tried to call 5 times 30 mins before and answer phone which says don’t leave message . Never gone from LHR before went straight in and purchased a ticket , to them be told by the organisation when I got through I was too early !! And needed to leave and return . Driver agreed to return in 20 minutes which was good of him but only after I had a rant ! This cost me an additional £8 for the parking ticket and then the driver demanded an additional £10 which I didn’t have so paid this on return with no receipt or confirmation from yourselves . Utterly disgraceful and I won’t use again or ever recommend this service .”
“There was some confusion on our arrival, but it was quickly sorted out! They also did well on our return when the road system was in chaos! Very friendly staff in a high pressure environment.”
“The whole process was straightforward with clear instructions. Although there was a small delay (maybe 10 minutes max) when dropping off the car, there was hardly any waiting time at all when collecting the car. I was very impressed and will use the service again.”
“Initially all went well and they also took pictures of the car when we dropped it. Unfortunately, flight was cancelled and we were rebooked onto on just 1 hour later. They charged us an extra £30 for the 1 hour! And it had to be paid in cash, which doesn't just seem dubious, but also extortionate! So, you can cancel a booking for a full refund with 24 hours notice, but can't change collection by an hour with a days notice! At least the driver had fun changing all settings in the car and having the air con on full blast, costing us petrol.”
