“Used these for a recent trip from Heathrow and certainly wouldn't use again, pick up and drop off was ok, the downside was they changed all car settings like why turn off traction control and lane change warnings?? which had to be all changed back radio changed and volume on maximum and bloody crisps where they had eaten in our car r was disgusting as dropped crisps everywhere, also the speed he drove into car park when he thought we couldn't see him, never bothered complaining to them as they the sort of company that doesn't care, so be wary of them,”
“They came to collect my car 25 minutes late, by the time they arrived I don't really rang the three times and they said they were busy,but and tried to blame me and said they're not paying for the time in the parking space, we ended up paying £11 on top for the time for them to come and the time I got there, I will tell anybody that will listen steer clear of them they're no good, they have never heard of customer service and will never get 10 pence out of me again”
